Inflammation is a good thing -- sometimes. For example, when you have an infection or become injured, your body will attempt to heal itself by removing any harmful pathogens or bacteria that have entered your system. This is the process in which your body knows to "cleanse" itself so to speak. Other times, though, inflammation can be a BAD thing. If you're consuming a lot of processed foods, of course you're going to carry a lot more inflammation than if you were to eat clean. We choose what we put into our bodies, so if you wish to stop your pain at the source, sometimes a lifestyle change is needed. Join Roy on today's show to learn more!
