Are you strong in your faith?  Is your faith built on a strong biblical foundation?  If you learn the bible you will know the truth and the truth will set you free.  Once we know the word of God like God intended us to know, we are not prone to believing the lies of the enemy and see the traps of the modern world.  God didn't create us to be held in bondage by the lies Satan has told.
